Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer Free Standard shipping on orders over $50.00 that ship to the USA. To qualify for Free Shipping, your order must amount to the $50 minimum after any promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges or taxes. Free Shipping is only available in the contiguous United States and to APO/FPO addresses.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We pride ourselves in generally shipping your orders within two business days of receipt. International orders and orders during large sales may take longer due to additional processing time. Please note that no shipments will be made on Saturday or Sunday. For more information, please read our Shipping Information page.

Where is my order??

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Visit our Order Tracking page to input your tracking number and follow up on the delivery details.

Help! I can't find my tracking number.

You should receive an email confirmation with a tracking number after your order has been shipped. If you still can't find your tracking number, log in to your account to verify your order history.

How do I exchange products?

It is our goal that you are completely satisfied with your Omnia® purchase. Please read our Returns & Exchange policy to learn more.

I recently purchased an item that is now discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. Please read our Terms of Service for more information.

How can I get a refund?

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for returns received within 30 days from the ship date and comply with our Returns & Exchange policy. For more information, please read our Returns & Exchange policy.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email customer service immediately at beauty.usa@royalbrush.com. Please note: Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. If your order has been processed and shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.

Why was my order canceled?

Omnia® reserves the right to cancel any order at the sole discretion of the Omnia® team. If you feel your order was canceled in error, please contact us.

I entered the wrong information on the shipping page, can you change it?

If you realize an error after you’ve placed an order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We cannot make any edits once an order has been processed and shipped. We are not responsible for incorrect input of customer information including but not limited to your name and shipping address.

What should I do if something happens to my brush?

I emailed customer service and/or used the contact form. How long before I receive a response?

The Omnia® Customer Service Team is here for you! You can expect an email response within 24-48 hours. Please allow some extra time if you first contact us on Saturday or Sunday, as our offices are closed.

When will the brush I want come back in stock?

We are constantly manufacturing new stock and it should be available again soon! Please sign up to receive a back-in-stock notification via email. This is located on each item’s product page.

What’s the difference between the handle colors?

All Omnia® brushes are handcrafted with high-impact polymer handles and durable chrome-plated brass ferrules. Omnia® Professional and Rose Gold collections feature synthetic, vegan, Omnilux™ filaments that Omnia® specially developed. Omnia® Gold is made with the finest quality natural hairs. What payment methods do you have available?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Klarna .

How do I make payments using PayPal?

PayPal is an easy way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in the correct details for fast and hassle-free payment processing. After a successful PayPal payment, a payment confirmation will be automatically generated in our system for your order.

How do I make payments using Google Pay?

Google Pay is an easy way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Google Pay website. Be sure to fill in the correct details for fast and hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Google Pay payment, a payment confirmation will be automatically generated in our system for your order.

How do I make payments using Klarna?

Klarna offers an easy solution to make interest-free payments online. During checkout, select Klarna as your payment option. You will be redirected to the Klarna - Flexible Payments website to complete your purchase. Be sure to fill in the correct details in each required location for fast and hassle-free payment processing. Your first Klarna payment is taken when the order is processed and the remaining three are automatically taken every two weeks. After a successful Klarna payment, a payment confirmation will be automatically generated in our system for your order.

ROYALTY RED® PRO DISCOUNT PROGRAM

How do I apply for a pro discount?

Working makeup artists and students qualify for the Royalty Red® Pro Discount Program. You must complete a short application and provide industry credentials to be considered. For more details, please read the Royalty Red® Pro Discount Program info page.

What kind of industry credentials are accepted?

We accept a wide variety of credentials including but not limited to:

  • Publication Masthead
  • Professional License
  • Pro Membership status with an affiliated partner such as The Powder Group, IMATS, etc.
  • Certificate/Diploma from school of makeup artistry
  • Call sheet on production company letterhead
  • Agency branded composite card
  • STUDENTS - Please submit proof of current enrollment in school of makeup artistry

How long does it take to be approved?

Royalty Red® approvals are typically completed within 5 business days. You will receive an account activation email upon approval. Please add royaltyred@royalbrush.com to your contacts to avoid this email going to spam.

Why can’t I see pro pricing after I’ve already been approved?

Royalty Red® Pro Discount pricing is only visible to those who have been approved and are logged into the account associated with the email used at the time of application.

OMNIA® RECYCLE

What is Omnia® Recycle?

We want to do our part to take care of the world we live in. We’ve teamed up with TerraCycle® to launch Omnia® Recycle a program that helps our customers recycle their used makeup brushes.

What is TerraCycle®?

TerraCycle® offers free recycling options to communities around the world to help collect hard-to-recycle waste through their Zero Waste box initiative.

What happens to the waste?

Terra-Cycle® specializes in breaking down hard-to-recycle waste. Brushes are separated into metals, fibers, and plastics. The metals are melted and the plastics under pelletization to be recycled. Finally, the fibers are recycled or composted. Visit TerraCycle® to learn more about their processes.

Are all of your makeup brushes recyclable?

Yes! Please read the Acceptable Waste guidelines below to ensure that your brushes will be accepted into the program to be completely recycled.

  • This program only accepts makeup brushes - yes, any brand!
  • Brushes must be cleaned prior to sending.
  • We encourage you to find ways to repurpose and recycle within your own community!
  • Please do not send:
    • Makeup product, makeup cases, makeup bottles, makeup bags, or makeup packaging.
    • Makeup tools, such as sponges, wands, applicators, eye lashes, pencil sharpeners, brush holders, etc.
    • Used paint brushes or art brushes.
    • Non-makeup beauty brushes, eg. hairbrushes, or nail polish brushes.

Failure to meet the Acceptable Waste guidelines may result in ineligibility for discount.

Can I send multiple recycling orders/confirmations in a single package/envelope?

We cannot accept multiple orders/confirmations per package. You will only be awarded one discount code per package. However, you may send multiple brushes per order/confirmation.

What is Omnia’s plan for plastic packaging?

All of our plastic packaging is made from PET, globally recognized as a safe, recyclable packaging material. In addition, we strive to reduce our use of plastics in packaging by 2025. Learn more about PET.

Do you have a mobile app?

Our store is fully responsive, and viewable on most web browsers and devices. We do not support mobile applications for our online store at this time.

How can I become an Affiliate?

We value our Affiliate Partnerships and are always on the lookout for more. To begin the application process, please contact rbartistrelations@gmail.com and include links to your professional website and/or social media profiles. You'll receive a response once we've reviewed your application.

Do you sponsor makeup artists?

We occasionally sponsor makeup artists and television/film sets. Please contact rbartistrelations@gmail.com with information about your current project. You will be contacted via email once we've reviewed your request.

Will you sponsor products for my charity event/class?

We occasionally sponsor products for events. To request sponsorship, please contact rbartistrelations@gmail.com. In order for your request to be reviews, you must provide information about your event, including the ideal delivery date & how much product is needed. Once your request has been reviewed, you will be contacted by the Omnia Team. Please note that alll requests must be submitted a minimum of one month in advance.

What do I need to become a retailer for Omnia products?

You must have a retail license, a resale tax number and your sales channel must be related to health and beauty. U.S. and internationally-based retailers must complete an account setup form using the button below.
